The CrossFit Roselle Foundations Program is geared towards teaching the essential movements that are used regularly in our workouts. The majority of these movements are compound, complex, and multi-functional. In order to ensure that each member of CrossFit Roselle is capable of performing these movements safely and properly, each member will be required to attend three one-hour Foundations classes prior to joining the regularly scheduled workouts.

Each one-hour session will include small group instruction with a certified CrossFit trainer. At the end of the session, the group will complete a CrossFit style workout incorporating the movements covered.
